What is the Help Center?
The help center is our new combined support site and knowledge base, powered by Zendesk. It replaces Jira and the IRBS#s you used to receive when you contacted support.
How can I access it?
You need to login to access most things in the Help Center, including your existing tickets. If you're not signed in use the "Sign In" link in the top right. But note the username/password is unique to the Help Center, this is not the username and password you have for accessing applications like IRBManager or SMART.
What email should I use to signup?
You can use any email you like, including logging in using Google or Microsoft accounts. However, if you use your institutional email we'll be able to link you to your support tickets. If you use another email, say a personal one, you'll need to contact the support team to link your Help Center account to your tickets.
But I've got an IRBS# already...
Don't worry, these came over into Zendesk. You should see them in your existing tickets when you login.
