Every now and then an xForm, event, or study is deleted when it should not have been. If this happens, IRBManager provides a 30 days window in which you can undelete items that had been deleted. The following QuickDoc provides the steps required to undelete item within IRBManager.
- Click on the <Administration> tab at the top of your page, and then click the Undelete This provides information regarding item deleted within IRBManager for the past 30 days and organizes them into six columns- Action (where the undo icon can be found), Type (xForm, Study Event, Attachment, etc.), Item (description of the item), From (where the item was when deleted), At (the date and time of deletion), and By (the user name of the person who deleted the item).
- Scroll through the deleted items until you find what should not have been deleted and click the Undo icon ().
- Check to see if you need to undelete additional items that are related to the deleted object- a deleted form may require you to undelete an event, protocol site and/ or protocol.
- Verify that all items needed are back where they belong.
