If you have not already set up the contact report for this action then go to step 1. If you have then go to step 7.
- Click on the <Reports> tab in the top navigation bar.
- Click the Ad Hoc Reports link in the first column of the Reports section.
- Click the New Contact Report link on the left.
- Click the Save button on the top right.
- You will be brought to the “General Options” tab and be asked to assign a “Report Name”. Choose any name that will be easily identifiable later.
- Click the Save button at the bottom of the page and then click the Done link on the left.
- Click the Run as HTML icon (
) to the left of your report.
- Click the EMail Contacts link on the left.
- Fill out the “Send Email” form. Though all of the contacts are in the BCC field you must include a contact in the “To” field. We recommend yourself so that no one else receives a duplicate email.
- Click the Send button at the bottom of the page.
